The Artichoke Pizza Recipe
What you need
- 6 Grilled Artichokes (Jarred ones with oil are better)
- Handful of Cherry Tomatoes
- 2oz/60ml Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Freshly Ground Black Pepper
- 2oz/60g Creamy Feta Cheese
Method:
- Blend your artichokes into a spreadable consistency
- Cut your cherry tomatoes in quarters and place in a bowl
- Pour the vinegar over the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper
- Stretch your dough
- Spread the artichoke paste over the pizza
- Add a splash of olive oil and place the pizza in the Revolve Pizza Oven
- Bake the pizza at 450 degrees for 70 seconds or until done
- Spread the tomatoes over the pizza
- Add the feta cheese
- (Optional) Add some salad such as rocket over the pizza
- Sprinkle with some olive oil
